Obesity and Toxins

Let me explain.

Our lives are full of toxins. Toxins are everywhere. Toxins are in the foods we eat. Toxins are in the air we breathe. Toxins are in the water we drink. The liver and kidneys are mainly responsible for eliminating toxins from our bodies. However, sometimes, it’s just too much, and they cannot remove every toxin that comes through.

As a result, the excess toxins that our bodies can’t get rid of gets encapsulated and stored in fat cells to protect the body from these poisonous substances wreaking havoc. Then, the more toxins accumulated, the more fat is needed for buffering. Think of it kind of like bubble wrap for the body. The more protection needed, the bigger the bubbles.

That being said, this is how it all breaks down.

First of all, an obese person will have more fat to protect the body from all the excess toxins. If they go on a diet, they will lose some of the fat, but may not actually lose all of the toxins if not detoxifying as well. When the amount of fat is reduced, but the toxins remain the same, the body will actually have a higher concentration of toxins but less fat to protect the body. (Think about it. For example: toxin to fat/weight ratio. Which is more concentrated – 20/200 or 20/100?)

Then, when the body detects the higher concentration of toxins, it will go into survival mode again, and produce more fat to store the toxins to protect itself. So, the fat returns, and sometimes more than before, because even more toxins were probably taken in without a lifestyle change.

Therefore, if you have excessive fat, the best way to rid the body of that fat is to cleanse the body of toxins. When you rid the body of toxins, it will naturally shed the excess fat because it doesn’t need it anymore.

In fact, many people have lost a lot of weight simply by cleansing. The right cleanse can help you drop a lot of weight safely and quickly. Men can typically lose up to a pound of fat per day with effective cleansing, and women can lose about a pound every other day. Mind-blowing, isn’t it?
