Purchases & Refunds
Yes. You must have an account to take or purchase a course. Courses are assigned to the associated account. If you do not already have an account, you may create one upon checkout.
Usernames cannot be changed once created. However, you may change other information on your profile at COURSES> MY COURSES or FEATURES> MY ACCOUNT, depending on your needs.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to email@example.com for assistance.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
Check your emailed purchase receipt for correct email address on your courses account.
