Purchases & Refunds

If the course you wish to take is free course, you just simply start the course. For a paid course, you must purchase the course. Click ADD TO CART and follow the directions for checkout. Upon purchase, return to the course and click CONTINUE. Make sure you are logged in to access your course.
Sorry, there are no refunds on purchased digital courses. Workshops may be refunded if you change your mind before the workshop starts. Just contact us for assistance.
To redeem a coupon, add a course to your cart. At the checkout page, click redeem coupon. Enter your coupon code in the place provided and continue your checkout.

Yes. You must have an account to take or purchase a course. Courses are assigned to the associated account. If you do not already have an account, you may create one upon checkout.

Courses General

Most courses are self-paced. Therefore, there is no time limited to complete. If there is a time expiry for any course, it will be plainly labeled.
To change your password, go to the Courses menu. Select MY COURSES to go to your courses profile. Select SETTINGS and PASSWORD. Input new password and click SAVE CHANGES.

Usernames cannot be changed once created. However, you may change other information on your profile at COURSES> MY COURSES or FEATURES> MY ACCOUNT, depending on your needs.

Make sure that you are logged in with the account that you purchased your courses with. Some common problems are:
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to for assistance.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
Check your emailed purchase receipt for correct email address on your courses account.
