What Is MRT

MRT stands for Muscle Response Testing. Muscle testing is a technique used for getting answers from the body. Muscle testing is like a lie detector for the body. Muscle testing helps us to get answers from the subconscious mind because the body gives a physical response when we tell the truth or a lie. The muscles of the body are instantly weakened when we lie. They stay strong when we tell the truth. Muscle testing is often used because the body knows what it needs. We just need to know how to get the answers. There are many methods of muscle testing. Each practitioner has their own preference.

Muscle Response Testing can be done:

  • In-person, generally using the arm method;
  • Via surrogate, for children or untestable subjects; or
  • Via proxy, for subjects not physically present.
